All firearms have to be shipped to a FFL holder. Rifles marked C&R can be shipped to a C&R or FFL holder. Rifles not marked C&R can only be shipped to a FFL holder. If you have a C&R FFL please send us a signed copy (sign in blue or red ink) before we can ship a firearm to you. We cannot accept faxed copies from C&R holders. If you are a FFL dealer we can accept faxed copies of your FFL as long as we can plainly read the fax copy. Anyone eligable to own a firearm can purchase a firearm from us Any FFL Dealer can transfer for you. This can be a gun shop, pawn shop, any FFL holder. If you are using a dealer to transfer for you, have them send or fax a copy of their FFL and make sure you reference who will handle the transfer for you so we can link all the information togather. Once we recieve your transfer dealers FFL and your order is processed the firearm will be shipped to your dealer who will transfer the firearm to you as a face to face transaction All Federal, State and Local laws will be obeyed, check with your dealer first to make sure what you are ordering is legal to own in your particular area. Firearms Shipping Cost InformationPlease note that all long gun shippng and insurance is $12.99 for the first long gun. On multiple long gun purchases, each gun after the first will be 6.99 per long gun. Even though the shopping cart will show 8.90 shipping, you will be charged 12.99 plus 6.99 for each after the first. And as always your credit card is not charged until your shipment ships. All pistols must be shipped UPS next day air to C&R holders and either UPS next day or USPS priority to FFL dealers. Collectors Model: Mosin M44 1943 ManufactureRare small shipment just in. We have set aside for our customers the very rare M44 made in the 1943. In 1943 the command was searching for a new rifle to replace the M91/30 which was found to be too long and heavy for modern warefare. A commission was created to experiment with different design's of which one would begin production in January of 1944. Of many designs tried, what was to be designated the M44 model was selected and prototype production was started in 1943 to test the new carbine. Less than 50,000 were produced before final approval and manufacturing started in 1944. These rifles are part of that prototype batch and are stamped 1943 on the reciever. Collectors, take note, this is a very small number we are offering. Mosin Model M38Fresh batch just in. M38 Carbine length Mosin Nagant, Russian made and stamped with the Russian crest.
